Feeding frequency, diaper output, and jaundice checks are common early concerns—we’d rather you call with a “small” question than sit alone with worry. We’ll schedule newborn visits per your baby’s needs and hospital follow-up.

Sleep & safety

We review safe sleep surfaces, car seat checks, and when to introduce tummy time. Every family’s situation differs; we’ll help you adapt within evidence-based guidelines.
